Help with Connectors...

My Visor Neo has served Me Faithfully for over two years or so. It still works, but it can't sync. The connectors seem bad or something. Is there anyway to fix this without having to buy a new mother/button board? The cradle works, cuz My mom can sync her Visor in it easily. I hate to say it, but I didn't take care of my Neo as much as I should have. Any way to get it working again???

If the contacts are dirty you can clean them by gently rubbing with a pencil eraser (don't use too much pressure), followed by wiping them with a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol.

You can also try to start the hotsync from the Visor to see if that helps. Load the HotSync app, place the Neo in the cradle, and then tap the icon.
