data recovery from a springboard memory module

Does anyone on this group know if it's possible to recover datebook &
memo pad information from an 8MB springboard memory module? We had
some important info on our memory module (child's first words, etc...), and we copied the info from the
visor's memory into the springboard module instead of the module's
info into the visor's memory. I realize the info is gone if the visor
overwrote the region of the memory that held the important info, but
does anyone know how the PIM info is stored onto a memory module?

I found a few tools that will dump the visor's sdram bit-for-bit, but
is there a tool out there that will dump the memory module bit-for-bit?

Any help would be appreciated,
Charlie
