Interesting range of modules & uses with some obvious favourites.

FOR MY VISOR DX I HAVE...
INNOPAK 2V (because of need for vibe in place of sound alarm, but found it went off at odd times when permanently installed, so have used it much less since)
2 BACKUP MODULES (One to leave in the office, one to travel with me... until they both started to fail to backup all files. Was told by HS support that it was due to incompatability with one or more of my apps. So, one day, I am going to give myself a couple of days to clean everything out & re-install one by one, check by check... Sounds like a Window's scenario to me)
SOUNDS GOOD with ENERGY CLIP(recent buy & not much opportunity to assess yet, but like the idea of not having to carry a CD player)

...ON ORDER... or rather, on longterm back order from Palm Gear... do they actually have any supplies of the hardware they offer, or do they have to get it first from the manufacturers??? Not the first time...
TOTAL RECALL with EARPHONES (seemed the best deal from VC & other comparisons)
STOWAWAY (can't wait to reduce Grafiti or keyboard tapping!)

...WOULD LIKE... but have other financial priorities at the moment...

Otherwise, I just enjoy the HUGE variety of apps & the amazing things one can do with VISOR all on its tod! And I am NOT into games.

Module Mania

I've tried to restrain myself, but my wife and my credit union have been much more effective ;-)

1) Backup module (first and still #1, as I do toast my VDX on occasion)
2) eyemodule 1 (about a month before they announced the 2, but I did get it for $75 with a $25 Staples coupon and squeeking in on the eyemodule $50 rebate)
3) SoundsGood (though I use it more with the EnergyClip as I walk to work in the morning)
4) I'm testing a Thinmodem+ for work, but I think I'd like more than 8 MB of extra flash for my own use - I'm a download freak

Other Accessories

1) Stowaway - almost as eye-catching as my VDX! Whenever I go to a meeting or training and whip this out to take notes, I almost always find myself demoing for a few neighbors. Handspring needs an offline affiliate program - give me a Prism for 25 purchases I refer!

Give me 32 MB flash and I'll shut up!

Thinmodem-I don't use this much, I prefer the Handspring modem, but CardAccess did GIVE it to me , so..
Handspring modem-another one that I don't use much, but it is nice to surf the net on my Prism! btw: I got it for $20 @ Staples
EM1-another freebie wish that I had more of a use for it though
Matchbook-I don't need that much storage--yet!
another EM1-my mom uses this one w/ her Dx

Acc:
a hard case for my Edge (which was free too)
A blue sport case that I use for my Prism

If you want to get good deals on handhelds and modules get a job @ Staples! I ended up getting 2Dx (one of those was free too), Edge, and Prism ($280), + modules and acc. for: $473! Of course Handspring has me hooked to their product now.

Between my wife and I...

We have:

2 Backup Modules
2 Innopack 2/V
1 Targus Voice Recorder
1 Glenayre thingie (not activated)
2 Innopocket FlashPlus
9-10 Matchbook Drives
2 Handspring Modems

I usually have a Matchbook Drive or the FlashPlus in mine. Matchbook Drive with the beta VFSHelper in the car (Mapopolis!), My wife keeps the empty shell in hers most of the time.

Greetings all,

I own five modules, but I only use three of them with any regularity.

1) Backup Module
2) Eyemodule
3) SoundsGood
4) Memplug (SM)
5) VisorPhone

I've stopped using the Backup, as the Memplug has made it obsolete for me. Likewise, the Eyemodule I received second hand and its really just a toy. The Phone, Memplug, and SoundsGood are my main modules and I carry them all around in my backpack.

Does anyone know a good case that could hold them all?

Well, the modem is only $40 at staples, and they give out coupons all the time. Usually the coupons are for over $50 orders, so I'd throw in $10 of supplies I might need.
