Unhappy

I haven't been able to use it for 48 hours. I reinstalled the Palm software.
Reinstalled the System software (Mac OS 9) Checked the USB ports. Appears
fine because I plugged the mouse into it and it worked.
Arggghhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!! What's going on. It just doesn't work. If anyone
knows what might be the problem be please let me know either in the
newsgroup or by emailing me directly at eskilling@*nospam*direct.ca

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Eric

Question

Have you tried soft resetting your Visor (unscrew the tip of your stylus and poke the nub through the small hold on the back right side of the visor - it's labeled "reset") ? Once in a while hotsync won't work correctly for me in Windows 9x/NT; First I try closing and restarting the hotsync application... if that doesn't work I try soft-resetting the visor... if that doesn't work I try rebooting the computer... beyond that, I dunno...

I've also tried cleaning the contacts on both the cradle and visor with rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab. Sometimes this does the trick for me.
