Arrrgh. I am so frustrated right now.

After waiting a month for Handspring to release their windows 2000 USB drivers, I happily downloaded them and was syncing like crazy. No more having to borrow my co-workers serial cradle!

Then it stopped - suddenly. With no explanation, I could no longer sync with USB, though my friend's serial cradle still worked.

I uninstalled the software, reinstalled it. Thtat didn't work. I then tried to remove the visor from my device list, but windows refused to recognize it when I tried to sync.
I then thought the USB port on my HP 4150 Laptop was broken, so I plugged in another USB device which worked fine.

Has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas for me? Thanks!

It would figure: 5 minutes after posting my message, I was able to figure out how to get my Visor to sync again. A simple VISOR soft-reset (the enema button).

My visor is syncing as I type...

I've had a slightly similar problem. After synching via USB with Win2k, my Visor won't synch with my Mac without a soft-reset.

I haven't tried a serial synch with Win2k yet.

The only things I lose by not being able to synch with my PC is PayPal/Mail.
