Oh--I meant the EB Slipper leather looked that way. The Vaja leather looks very supple--which if I am going to spend any money on one of these, I'd rather spend on the leather that is going to hold up. I don't need a belt clip, as I carry it in my purse. Thanks for your replies!

In either case, it's not a big deal - the unit slides in and out of the case easily, so it's not a problem. My only real beef with Vaja is that they marketed the case as synchable, but it isn't.
Well, I have limited space on my credenza and I use my Stowaway as a "stand" during the day. I would much prefer to leave it in the case all the time so that I can just grab it and chunk it in my purse when headed out the door.

Yeah, that's what I meant. The Vaja looks like real leather. The slipper looks like some random leather parts altered to look that way. (Can't really explain what I mean). I would rather spring for the extra dough and get a prettier, longer-lasting case that you don't have to unzip to sync. I guess it's the "Can I really Sync/recharge" with Vaja that's got me in a quandry--Let me ask, have you used yours enough to get it "worn in?" (As I've seen referenced must take place before sync/charge works well...)

Rats.
