OK, I have my Visor and it's time to upgrade it to 8meg. I see that there are many places on the web that will perform this upgrade for roughly 80 dollars. Being a DIYer I'm interested in performing the memory upgrade myself. I see that there are some instructions here http://www.interlog.com/~tcharron/Palm8M/Visor.html
But where does one find the 8 meg chip in single quantities? Easy availability would be nice as well :-)

I found one place that will sell you the chip and a SMD removal kit for $60 but I'm only looking for the chip itself and I think it should be a bit cheaper than this. Has anyone attempted their own upgrade or have any sites of interest? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
