I got another idea how to get more software for MemPlug module by developing just one application. This application should emulate API presented by CLIE or TRG device and then all software for these gadgets should work for MemPlug too.

Is it technically possible?

Not a bad idea. I had a similar idea of wrapping the various expansion APIs with one universal API. See: http://discussion.visorcentral.com/...;threadid=14496

Palm OS4 has a standard expansion API where each manufacturer writes a driver for their device. If HandSpring, MemPlug, etc have no interest in implementing this API for Visors, I suggest writing an implementation of it ourselves. The API is fully documented by Palm, so its just a matter of using the same function names, behavior, etc.
