In addition to the "Review this product" link in the software section, maybe a link directly to to Compatability list would be useful as well. Seems like it would eliminate a few steps for anyone wanting to post an incompatability...

As for the FAQ: First, how about a news item on the homepage informing us whenever it gets updated? Second, a revision date on the individual sections of the FAQ would be helpful to see what's been added and/or revised. Lastly, I really think a direct link to the FAQ from the discussion board pages would be beneficial to all VC users, especially the newer ones.
