pc power supply question

I am setting up a computer system and noticed when monitoring the power supply voltages I am getting the following (via Speedfan running on Win98):

Vcore1: 1.74V
Vcore2: 3.30V
+3.3V: 2.93V
+5V: 5.13V
+12V: 9.86V
-12V: -9.40V
-5V: -3.60V
+5V: 3.90V
Vbat: 0.00V

The +12, -12 and second +5 look off -- is this a sign of a bad power supply? Do these numbers start lowering like this when components are running on the system? Thanks for any informaiton.. FYI -- the power supply is a RAIDMAX 350W running a 1900+ Athlon, 2x60GB HD, 256MB RAM system...

those 12V lines are wayyyyy too low.

so are the 5V lines

I'm thinking it might be time for a new PSU...since that hardware isn't enough to put that kind of strain on a system.

Look into either an Enermax or an Antec TruePower PSU...they're more expensive than other brands...but a cheap PSU will only decrease the stability of your system. Reading 9V on a 12V line is definitly a sign of a cheap/going bad PSU
