hotsync problems

I can't get my Neo to hotsync reliably.

Visor Neo -- 1 day old
Windows 98
USB cable hotsync

I get the error message "the connection between your handheld computer and the desktop could not be established".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Greg

usually happens when

I know this might seem like an obvious solution but I usually get this error when I dont have the HotSync program running. So try hotsynching your visor and making sure the hotsync circle thing is on the bottom right of your screen.

Also make sure your visor is in the cradle fully, this might also causethe problem. Since you can hotsync sometimes I think it should be a small problem.
