In case many of you are wondering where the Visor you ordered is, I believe I have an indication. Trying to get things sorted out I cancelled three different Visor orders (and it took me several calls to different supervisors to get the online order system to show them cancelled.)

FedEx just picked up a cancelled order. I went to the Post Office and there was another cancelled order. Two days later another order appeared. I felt like I was in one of those _Twilight Zone_ episodes. And, of course, my credit card had been charged for all of them.

There's no way you can get through to Handspring by phone any more so I refused the orders and called my card company to dispute the charges. Perhaps Handspring will pay attention.

So I figure most of your orders have been sent to people who don't want them and they're just stuck in the return mail system.
