Save your Claris address book AS a text file or a dbf file. Open the Palm desktop software, select the address book, open the file menu and choose 'Import'. Navigate to and select your new text or dbf file. You'll get a dialogue box in which you match the fields in the Palm desktop address book to the fields in the Claris address book. Once you're satisfied that the fields match, click 'OK' and all your records will pop in.
