Question Tactilis DOA?

Is it fair to say that Tactilis (Flip-Clip, vaporware Flip-Lid) is no longer? Has anyone bought/hear from them recently? Their website still says their office is "Nearing Completion" (with a date of June 18,) and they never responded to my e-mails.

I bought the Flip-Clip and the Palm-III reproduction lid, and was hoping to get the Flip-Lid, but I'm thinking I'm SOL...

Smile UPDATE!

After sending around 6 e-mails to various people at Tactilis,
I received my flip clip and lid on Aug 29
Fits perfect, looks great and now I have one hand operation!
Still......NO WORD from Tactilis on why it took so long, or
an apology for why it took so long.
If you have one ordered PESTER the heck out of them, maybe it
will do some good. If you DON'T have one ordered, WAIT until
more start receiving theirs. The company is either flaky, or
just VERY VERY S L O W

I think they are gone also......I ordered one online in July,
no answer to ANY e-mail that I've sent them. Last time I checked,
my credit card had not been charged.....I'm going to order
a flipLid instead. Shame....the flipclip looked to be a little
bit better product, because it didn't cover the springboard
slot, and it used the Palm 3 lids.......
Oh well... wonder what happened to them??
Anyone know?

Well it definitely is safe to say that they are not reliable. I've tried to contact them through e-mail numerous times and have had no response. It makes me worried because I've been ready to buy the flip-lid for months now.
