Unhappy No Sync

Out of the blue, my Prism won't sync with my pc. Nothing, nada. Press the sync button on the cradle and aboslutely nothing happens. Anyone have any suggestions as to how to remedy this situatuion? Also previously looked for help here with another problem. Again, for no apparent reason, I am unable to use my cell phone as a wireless modem using a cable from Supply Net. Worked well for over a year, now "modem not found" with Prism. Cable and phone work with Delux. Help!

Try a soft reset. Also, check the contacts on the Prism. They were known to come loose on some of the earlier units.

try initiating the sync from the hot sync program installed on the visor instead of the button.. just run the application and hit the hot sync icon on the screen and see what that gives you, however from what you describe it sound like a faulty connection..
