Wrong. You are very wrong, and are doing a huge disseservice to the people you are claiming to be helping. The mentally ill have in the past been discrminated against but have been making huge strides in the past 20 years. How about the Supreme Cort ruling against executing of the Mentally Retarded?

You can't be held for more than 72 hours without a competnecy hearing before a judge. Even if you are brought in to an ER by the police (or "kidnapped") if you present to the exmainer as coherent and oriented (time, person, place) and present no suicidal/homicidal thoughts, actions, or attempts, you will be released.

There was person in my town that was brought in on alleged suicidal inclinations. The client presented himself coherently, and denied any suicidal ideations. The ER staff had no choice but to release him. Unfortunately, he committed suicide three days later.

The point is, the evil mental health workers and police want to help people like you. They are not evil, only looking to destroy people's lives. I hope that your messages are not influencing any person on this board to feel as you do.

You need some serious help, my friend. I am afraid that you will not recieve it though as long as you continue to hold these beliefs that you have shared with all of us.

So now I'm supposed to get in an unseemly "your word is greater than mine" debate. And, please, no one prattle "I think he needs help," as if that's profound or has any meaning whatsoever. It's as if you haven't read a word here. I don't mean to condescend, but perhaps it's just a little bit different in the *only* megalopolis in the U.S. Perhaps the "fever pitch" has moved the needle into the INSANE POLICE STATE MENTALITY part of the chart post-9/11. (Though others confirmed this has gone on for years.) Perhaps it's the vicious "rats in a cage" syndrome of living in an unbelievably huge town, but people here aren't routinely kindly, as if it's Mayberry. I'm happy for you if it's that way in your town, with your 1 story about 1 guy. DOZENS of us NEVER SAW A JUDGE, GOT ARRAIGNED, HAD ACCESS TO A LAWYER, ETC. ... FOR WEEKS. IT WAS 50 DAYS BEFORE I SAW A JUDGE.
You seem to have this naive idea (just as I had) that the system & the people in it "will play by the rules," they "just have to."
They DON'T. And they KNOW it.
The Big City is THOROUGLY CORRUPT.
The Big Apple is COMPLETELY ROTTEN, I promise you.
There is a CCRB scandal going on as I write this. (The "Citizens' Complaint Review Board," which is SUPPOSED to oversee the NYPD's IAB ["Internal Affairs Bureau," which itself is a worthless, toothless tiger ... and also repeatedly has scandals of dereliction of duty].)

THERE ARE NO RELIABLE CHECKS AND BALANCES, THEY ALL AGREED. (Like you'd get when an anesthesiologist kills someone by accident if you had it all on video 24/7.)
It's OKAY to make mistakes; we're all human ... but there's clearly a narcissistic psychosis on the part of those in the "hospital-legal-matrix" that MAKES THEM THINK THEY'RE INFALLIABLE.
Their false sense of self-worth (MUCH more worthy than the rest of us, who are GARBAGE, I assure you ... I hope those of you not in the legal or medical professions NEVER learn just how horrifyingly true this is) forces them to put up a false front, a false personality, etc. ... and no one else can veer from this "perfect (if imaginary) personality," either.
You can't:
Joke (only THEIR IDEA of "what's funny" is "valid");
Be sarcastic (ditto);
Raise your voice ONE DECIBEL above "the standard" (whatever that is ... but THEY will determine it), as all ordinary people do, as if they're "underlining" or "bolding" words as they speak (this is too difficult for "genius psychiatrists" to comprehend);
Speak profanity (IT MEANS YOU'RE MENTALLY ILL, we were told TIME AND AGAIN!!! In NYC!!! Are these "doctors" and "nurses" friggin' NUTS, we wondered?);
Have "too many" facial expressions;
Have "too many" gestures;
Etc.
(These last are pretty amazing, too, in a megalopolis where THE DAILY PAPERS JUST CONFIRMED 1/2 of all NY'ers are from other countries, and largely don't speak English. Duh, this is just a guess ... but do you think EXTRA GESTURES and FACIAL EXPRESSIONS are gonna help you communicate with people WHO HAVE NO IDEA WHAT MANY THINGS YOU'RE SAYING MEANS?)

I'm sorry to report that EVERYTHING you said about the "hospital-legal-matrix" and how it "should work" is wrong ... pretty much to the point of completely OPPOSITE of what you say. Though I'm sure (with NO PROOF ... apparently how those like you say you're in the "medical profession" [SANS HIPPOCRATIC OATH IN 2002, CLEARLY] you'll just "doubt my word."
As if I don't have better things to do with my life than type out elaborate fabrications of this type on this chat board? Could you really possibly "believe"
(The "doctrine" of "information and belief" [basically obviating the need to SUBSTANTIATE FACTS TO ENSURE THEY'RE IN FACT *REAL* ... AS ANY CUB NEWS REPORTER KNOWS HE/SHE *MUST* DO AT LEAST TWICE BEFORE PRINTING EVEN THE DINKIEST LITTLE "STORY" IN THE DINKIEST LITTLE HOMETOWN PAPER] is pretty clearly among the most heinous in all of American Law.)

There is no 72 hr. "grace period" that "they have to respect"; the 1 attorney to serve the 25 kidnap victims ASSURED me I was "SUPPOSED TO HAVE GOTTEN" a legal document advising me of my legal rights & options upon "admission" (the euphemisim the psychos in the hospital business use to evade the knowledge that they've kidnapped you); in NYS THEY CAN HOLD YOU FOR 60 DAYS BY LAW (that attorney said it came in when Rockefeller was going nuts in NYS, and "in the mood" to "lock people up for the rest of their lives if a cop caught you smoking a joint") ... THEN EXTEND IT FOR A YEAR OR TWO, SOMETIMES REPEATING THE PROCESS UNTIL 6 OR 8 YEARS OF YOUR LIFE WERE TAKEN FROM YOU. (I guess this would be AFTER you were "PROVEN" to be "mentally ill," say 50 DAYS DOWN THE LINE OF TAKING DRUGS THAT RENDERED YOU MENTALLY INCOMPETENT ... AND THE CYCLE WOULD JUST CONTINUE ...)

OUR RIGHTS WERE CONSTANTLY CRUSHED:

There was just 1 payphone
NO CHANGE MACHINE TO GET QUARTERS;
We got no phone books;
Phone calls (incl. 411) just went up to $.50;
No Web or Internet access;
No daily newspapers;
No library, especially a law library;

... and on and on and on ...

I'm just going EASY here, too, right off the top of my head. IT'S EVEN WORSE THAN THIS.

I'm sure you "believe" you have a good heart ... like a lot of the vile, incompetents at Elmhurst Hospital ... who were "almost" moved to tears each time I recounted (at least a dozen times in 50 days), so THEY COULD NOT ESCAPE THE KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT THEY WERE DOING, how heinous it was for them to take away our freedom as American Citizens with NO EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER this "should" have been done.
BUT NONE HAD ENOUGH HUMANITY TO TRY TO FREE US. I COULD NOT WORK IN SUCH AN EVIL HELL-HOLE FOR MORE THAN 1 HOUR BEFORE I STARTED GATHERING PROOF AGAINST MY "EMPLOYER" (I'M NOT SICK ENOUGH TO THINK "YOUR JOB IS GOD," LIKE SO MANY PEOPLE) TO BRING THEM TO JUSTICE. Only one nurse came close, CONFESSING TO ME SHE KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, and it made her sick to her stomach, and she would have to quit. 1 week later, she did. But she did not HELP US. (Obviously, I'd give almost anything to have video of her confession ... but the hospital, in COVERING UP IN ADVANCE, made sure that was impossible.)
NONE of us was violent or dangerous ... why were we being treated WORSE THAN CRIMINALS, who are not STIGMATIZED, likely FOR LIFE, not having done anything wrong? ... losing 50 days of life which will NEVER come back? Being DRUGGED from the MOMENT you arrive, basically into a STUPOR, so you CAN'T THINK. IF YOU WEREN'T MENTALLY ILL BEFORE THEY GOT THERE, YET ANOTHER COVER-UP IS THEY *MAKE SURE* YOU ARE BEFORE YOU LEAVE (AND HENCE ARE DOPED UP WHEN YOU FINALLY SEE A JUDGE).
Losing 50 precious days of your life (I made beautiful love to my fiancee of 1 yr. for 4 of the greatest hrs. of my life on the same bed I would be kidnapped from less than 24 hrs. later) is MUCH more painful at midlife than in youth, I hope you can imagine; and one woman there was 91 years old; she cannot afford to have this time "benevolently stolen" by criminals who imagine "they're doing this for *your own good*."
Sure, there probably are some good medical people, lawyers, shrinks, etc. out there ... but IN NEW YORK CITY, NOT TO BE CONSTANTLY ON THE LOOKOUT FOR A SCAM LIKE THIS (PREYING ON THE WEAK, A *SPECIALTY* OF SCAM ARTISTS, AS EVERY 3 YEAR-OLD NY CHILD KNOWS), WHERE FOR $50,000.00 PER DAY YOU'RE BEING "MEDICATED" WHILE TOLD "YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THE ILLNESS WE CLAIM YOU HAVE, BUT CANNOT PROVE, AND NO ONE ELSE IN YOUR ENTIRE LIFE HAS EVER THOUGHT YOU HAD, EITHER ... SO, DON'T TRUST YOUR MIND, ANYMORE" ... AND "THIS IS BEING DONE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD."
Maybe it's "reasonable" to "overlook" such an obvious hidden agenda in Mayberry.
But, in NYC, if you can't figure this out by the 3rd Grade ... it's understood that quite a few people are going to "sell you the Brooklyn Bridge" quite a few times in your life.

We don't want to judge you, but you do sound a bit instable.
Your story is so outrageous it is hard for people to believe.
Mind you I am not saying it is not true, but the chance you are a true paranoid and a bit confused is just as big if not bigger as the chance your story is true, hence people's sceptisism...

It would really help if you have some kind of proof, like the pictures you are talking about. If you can't get them online, email them to me and I'll post them for you...

As I noted, I tried a few days back, but this site has repeatedly choked on me ... in fact losing all the data from one of my posts. (Where I talked about this subject.)
In fact, let me try to send this little bit, now, and see if I can just edit / append from there.

Okay. Just a few more words, then I'll see what I can do about posting the pix right now.
As I wrote in the deleted post, I have 2 main concerns:
1) I'm not a lawyer, so have to be very careful of what can be seen in the photos (I think); I don't want to be in the awkward position of the insane persons I will try to prosecute (but who have the "power" to "label" me [or *YOU,* btw, though I understand if you have continuing skepticism *until it happens to you*] "mentally disabled" ... *or* "physically disabled* -- I saw a document written "about me" which stated it was EITHER on of these, and apparently "legally," they don't have to say which, or specifically what they're talking about) being "allowed to sue me" for "exposing them publically" (which much of "The System" seems designed to ward against, btw);
2) I've noted on many sites (even, or esp. "free" ones) you must "agree / affirm / swear / attest / whatever" that "nothing you do here will upset or cause anyone in the universe any grief from now until the end of time," or something just as heinously broad; again, I'm afraid either they'll sue me, or give it to the NYPD / EMT / Elm. Hosp. / NYC / NYS / The Health & Hospitals Corp., etc. to maliciously prosecute me, when it should be clear that all I'm doing is trying to be sure the REAL TRUTH gets out there.

I of course do understand that this story sounds so outrageous it's hard to believe; I could hardly believe it as I was going through it; and I'm sure the complexity of "all the parties involved" (DON'T SAY "CONSPIRACY" B/C THAT WORD HAS BEEN STIGMATIZED SO THAT YOU CAN'T EVEN USE IT; "COLLUSION"; "IN TANDEM"; "GANGING UP," ETC. ARE DITTO) and their individual culpability ("Hey, man; we're just doing our job," one insane person after another would tell me & the rest of the kidnap victims ... oblivious to the fact that that's what each and every last Nazi said when they were asked WHY THEY THOUGHT WHAT THEY DID WAS OKAY), etc., being very hard for A REASONABLY INTELLIGENT, LITERATE & ERUDITE, ENGLISH-SPEAKING INDIVIDUAL LIKE MYSELF to elaborate ... is VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE for the "poor huddled masses" (about 1/2 the pop. of NYC now -- esp. in the vicinity of Elm. Hosp.) to explain.

And, sadly I must promise you, there is a "zone out factor" ... where EVEN GOOD PEOPLE of good faith, or whatever WANT TO TRY TO FOLLOW WHAT YOU'RE SAYING ... just are not ready to deal with something of this complexity:

The Psychs. (2 who're SURE they're GODS ... and there's NO OVERSIGHT TO TELL THEM DIFFERENT)

Even lawyers & "legal referral services" & "the gov't." THINK IT'S OKAY TO STOP ME a sentence or two into the (dozens of times I've had to tell this) tale, and say (as if they're right now discovering their own GENIUS):
"WHAT KIND OF CASE IS IT?"
MEDICAL?
LANDLORD?
FRAUD?
NYPD CORRUPTION?
CRIMINAL?
CIVIL?
GOV'T. OVERSIGHT?
ETC.

As if I SHOULD KNOW. They KNOW I'm *NOT* a lawyer. Why are they ASKING ME? I DID NOT CREATE SUCH A PATHETIC SYSTEM THAT IT CAN'T "DEAL WITH" A CASE THAT CONTAINS SO MANY ISSUES. IF YOU CAN'T "PIGEON-HOLE" IT, THEY'RE NOT INTERESTED.

And, once more, as if they're right now discovering their own GENIUS, they'll come upon the "right answer" of HANGING UP THE PHONE AND NOT EVEN DEALING WITH IT. (This should be illegal.)

Anyway, I want to thank all of you (>450 at this writing, though we're unable to count repeat visitors, I believe) for having read this w/out any real proof up until this point. (Though it is said that meticulously detailed data tends to carry its own validity. You will be able to note that no matter how much more detail I ever add to this data [here or elsewhere], not of it will contradict what I've already written.

Please keep in mind that, prior to the last few years, our evil court system (though it's said is the "best in the world," pathetically) has basically had its run of crushing the lives of those w/out the money / power / special favors that "those in power" seem to expect when ADMITTING or IGNORING REAL EVIDENCE.
In fact, prior to the last few years, THERE HAS BEEN LITTLE REAL EVIDENCE. These ARE NOT:
Hearsay
Eyewitness testimony (people notoriously "see what they want to see" and "hear what they want to hear," esp. if your skin color and theirs matches or doesn't, etc.)
Documents
Handwritten
Typed
Computer-created
Signatures
Circumstances (told as a "story" w/out substantiated proof)
"Professional" Opinions (like that Xerox, Enron, WorldCom, etc. are "nice folks, who do business ethically")

REAL evidence is more like video 24/7.
DNA, too.

I don't want to come across as a great authority on evidence here ... I can see I must do more research on it.
But it was unbelievable how little real evidence "the authorities" go on ... and how easily a judge would accept such questionable "evidence" W/OUT QUESTION.
And if YOU question it, you're:
Speaking out of turn; or
Abusing your right to free speech; or
Silenced (one way or another); or
It's a manifestation of your mental illness; or
You're "just stupid" (which is THE SAME as mental illness, btw, as is being SIMPLY NAIVE);or
Whatever else they want to say to shut you up and MAKE SURE YOU DARE NOT QUESTION AUTHORITY.

Is it OUTRIGHT "COLLUSION" when nurses who CLEARLY SEE persons who are not "DANGEROUSLY MENTALLY ILL" (for, unless you CLEARLY ARE, SAVAGELY DANGEROUS ... in the U.S.A., should your LIBERTY BE TAKEN FROM YOU merely b/c an M.D.-landlord's adversarial attorney SUGGESTS to a Judge's Assistant ... or, was it the Judge? Or "Adult Protective Services"?) TAKEN INTO CUSTODY -- ER, "ADMITTED AS PATIENTS"?
All to bill Medicare $50,000.000 PER DAY in an OBVIOUS SCAM?
(I almost made a number of the nurses and THEIR assistants BURST INTO TEARS when I spelled this out w/enough emotion to win an Academy Award. But note the ALMOST. B/c, if they CRIED, that's a SIGN OF MENTAL ILLNESS ... so is "TOO MUCH HAPPINESS." HAS SOMEHOW PUT A "FIX" IN (THOUGH OTHER KIDNAPPEES HAVE BEEN PUT HERE BY BOSSES, RELATIVES, CO-WORKERS OR NEIGHBORS WHO "THINK" THE PERSON "MIGHT" BE "MENTALLY ILL" OR "DEPRESSED" OR "NOT RIGHT, SOMEHOW -- I DON'T KNOW HOW, BUT JUST COME, 911, AND TAKE THEM AWAY), AND STORM-TROOPERS HAVE SMASHED IN MY DOOR AND TAKEN ME AWAY.
The 1 "Mental Health Lawyer" who got me out said HE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT HAPPENED, TO THIS DAY. AND, BTW, HE SENT "ME" A PRIVATE, CONFIDENTIAL 4-PAGE FAX ABOUT MY CASE W/SENSITIVE DATA ALL OVER IT ... BUT HE SENT IT TO THE WRONG #!!!!
HOW RUINED IS MY LIFE?

ELM. HOSP. STILL HAS ALL OF MY I.D. CARDS, DRIVERS' LICENSE, ETC. -- DOZENS OF CARDS (INCL. BANK CARDS).
HOW AM I TO GET THEM?
HOW CAN I SEND FAMILY MEMBERS OR FRIENDS TO GET THEM, KNOWING THEY CAN JUST AS EASILY KIDNAP ANY OF THEM?

Anyway, folks, here are the photos. Thanks for your patience. It's a 1st effort, and that will be obvious. I shot them w/my Eyemodule #2. (Go Visor! HS, don't abandon the Visor! Treo may never fly! Don't do it!) What's going on in the photos ought to be quite clear, even though they're the thumb-nail types. (Except the doorknob shot, DON'T MISS THIS ONE; you've got to see it to believe it. Imagine YOUR door that way, STILL.)

Yahoo's photo page still seems a bit flawed (unless I just didn't read enough of the details), so here are my descriptions:

nypd3 - The "Courtesy, Professionalism & Respect" NYPD psycho cops (IN *RIOT* GEAR??? FOR LI'L OL' NOBODY ME W/NO CRIMINAL RECORD OF ANY KIND??? DON'T THEY HAVE ACCESS TO MY SSN# THAT'S FOLLOWED ME FOR THE FULL YRS. OF MY LIFE??? ARE THEY KIDDING???) coming into my bedroom, WHERE I'M STILL NAKED IN MY BED!!!

nypd2 - The psycho cops "close in on the SUSPECT." SUSPECTED OF WHAT??? THEY HAD NO CLUE!!! THEY REPEATEDLY CALLED ME THE WRONG NAME!!! THEY CONFESSED LATER THEY HAD NO IDEA IF I WAS EVEN THE RIGHT PERSON THEY WERE TRYING TO LOCATE. I GOT THESE STATEMENTS ON VIDEO!!!

nypd1 - "PUT THE CAMERA DOWN," I was ORDERED -- so I just left it running, but had to lay it on its side, as it's top-heavy. Still, you can clearly see the JACK-BOOTED NAZI THUGS IN FULL REGALIA HERE, CAN'T YOU?

nypd4 - They HANDCUFF me -- in MY OWN HOME, MY OWN BEDROOM, ON MY OWN BED -- WHILE I'M STILL BUCK-NAKED!!!
"DON'T BELIEVE IT," IF YOU LIKE, BUT NOTHING STOPS THEM FROM DOING THIS TO YOU TOMORROW!!!

fbi1 - My sister when she & I reported this to the FBI in Queens 2 weeks ago. (They "only handle kidn. if they cross state lines," they said. You're out of luck if it's the NYPD who kidn. you, I guess.) Yes, folks, we've been to the NY Times, NBC, CBS, ABC ... and PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES (INCL. POLITICIANS); THEY'RE NOT EVEN INTERESTED IN SEEING THE VIDEO.
WHY?

I grabbed all but the "doorknob" of these from the video I shot as the NYPD broke through my front door & took me in my bedroom where I was still naked, just having awoken. I still don't believe I had the presence of mind & courage to confront these insane gunmen (who CALL ME THE WRONG NAME AS THEY COME IN, REPEATING IT MANY TIMES -- CLEARLY, THEY'VE MADE SOME TRAGIC ERROR, BUT THEY'RE NOT INTERESTED IN "BEING CONFUSED W/THE FACTS") w/only a camcorder when they've got GUNS AND TASERS TO SHOOT AT ME.

(Unless there is some unbelievably awesome app out there to figure out such a pw, it was fairly impossible to crack / guess, using both letters & digits, and so obscure that I made it up on the spot, so no one could have "guessed it w/any knowledge about me" as was done by M. Broderick in WarGames, for ex.)
So, I guess my fears were well-founded. Hope no others "come true." If they're really after you, then you're not really paranoid, right?

Other proof is that "suddenly" there are no PDA MD's to "come to the defense" of the indefensible practice of NOT videotaping doctors, nurses, EMS "professionals" ... and all others who "TAKE CARE" OF PEOPLE IN CRISIS ... WHILE, UN-MONITORED, DOING WHAT THEY WISH WITH THEM.

Just TONIGHT, on PBS, there was a Bill Moyers special about HOW OUR GOVERNMENT WORKS IN THE SHADOWS, covering Nixon's lies & "tricks," G. Bush, Jr.'s penchant for secrecy & disregarding THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT, ETC. Truly frightening. And "whistleblowers" are ROUTINELY ostracized, for "daring to question authority."

However, can you supply an anonymous e-mail I can send you the pics via the fake Yahoo acct. I set up earlier today to post them? (Could Yahoo have checked this quickly for the fake stats? I made most of them make reasonable sense so they would not be detected super-quickly. Though some were first-drop-down-choice-obvious.)

VC notes your e-mail will be tracked if you use it.

hmm...unstable no, paranoid, a little...but it is paranoid watchdogs like you which keep the government in check...and as for the 9/11 thing..it is true that since the incident something like 5000 people have disappeared without arrest warrants and are currently being held indefinitly. The police don't even need to tell them why they are being arrested anymore..it's scary, even in innocent little Canada....

1st, you're kidnapped (but they won't "call it that," of course ... indeed, probably none of the other "patients" even REALIZED they had been kidnapped, since most were not U.S.-born, and didn't realize they had THE RIGHT NOT TO BE KIDNAPPED, LIED TO ABOUT IT, AND DRUGGED), then they "wonder WHY YOU'RE SO *SUSPICIOUS*"???
