Question VisorPhone

I have a VisorPhone and I also have a Memplug CF and with that came a program called CF updater that a friend of mine (maybe not a friend anymore) started while the VisorPhone was installed and since then the phone don`t work.
Is there anything I can do to make it wok???
Thanks in advance.
Best Regards

Have you tried a hard reset? Or remove battery and SIM for several hours.

VisorPhone flash?

Here is the answer from the technical dep.:

Unfortunately there's nothing that you can do to undo this (there's no
ROM file available to flash the Visorphone),

So that seems to be a lot of $$$ out the window!!
Merry Xmas.

Happy ending!! VisorPhone

I just contacted VisorPhone and sent them the Serial no. and they came right back and told me that I would get a free replacement under warranty.
Very good service!!

Arrow Great

I am glad to hear that you are going to get a replacement. NEVER run a Flash Updater program for a module that has Flash Memory (and the updater is not designed for it). ALSO, once you update the module with the updater, delete it immediately, DO NOT keep it on your unit.
