Talking

Hi!

I recently got a Visor Deluxe for a wayy early Christmas present(lucky me), and I was just wondering a few things.
Maybe if some people could help me out, I would appreciate that greatly.

1. How to a turn a program off totally, I always end up leaving it in limbo or something, so when I try to reboot it, its at the point it was at earlier, I am having this problem especially with the 'Liberty Gameboy Emulator'.

2. What's a good site to download games from, I have already downloaded Liberty and bought a copy of Zap!2000, and I like both, but Id like to find a good Tetris clone, the only one I've found is Tedtruss, and I didnt like it.

3. Silverscreen - Worth buying? I like the look, but I dont know if their are better launchers with more features.

Thanks in advance guys!

You "turn off" an program by tapping the Application icon (the one that looks like a little house).

Other launcher

I looked at Silver screen but bought Launch'em...not quite as pretty but better features for ease of use. For example, tabs of different catagories that always show in Application screen so that you don't have to scroll through the different categories. Also, allows you to beam hacks and other things that you can't beam through Palm OS (I don't know if Silverscreen does this).

I think you can try it out for free.

Try Blocks from http://www.electronhut.com. Its free.

http://www.palmgear.com is probably the best place to get any software.

Thumbs up Tucows

http://pda.tucows.com is a good place for programs, too - nicely categorized. It would be nice if it would set a cookie to remember which mirror you've chosen (it lets you choose the geographically closest site), but otherwise it's great.
