Palm IIIc with Outlook?

Hey there folks...
I have a co-worker who uses a IIIc on his PC. He syncs with Outlook but all he gets is email. No Address Book or Calendar information gets transferred.
Can someone please advise on what might be wrong?

Have him check his conduit settings - see what's syncing and what's not. Also, have him run Palm Desktop and see if his address info, et. al. is in there. (I think the sync information can only go to one app or the other.)
