News stories are moved when circumstances warrant, and it is in the interest our readers.

You will see shortly why

What I found interesting is that while the news article was up, I followed the URL and all it says is:

quote:
"Watch for the NEW industry paradigm of this Millennium
on February 12, 2001"

I'm guessing marcus's "shortly" refers to 2/12.

Saying your product will be a new industry paradigm for an entire millenium is a bit much, isn't it?

Talking new industry paradigm for an entire millenium

It's no worse than calling a scooter "a device that will be bigger than the internet"

Keep in mind, though, that it was the MEDIA that called it that...not the inventor. Saying that on your own web site would be a bit much, IMO.

I just don't like the terms "Powerpoint" and "Paradigm" so close together

and after the word "Paradigm" the nest slide is always...

"Never before in the history of ...."

I wonder if Venture Capital presentations in other countries use the same "phrase-ology."

Someone, somewhere in a suit is yelling, "Buzzwords...I need more buzzwords!"

I missed something here.

Why was it pulled?

The announcement happened as planned. I don't remember what the original News Item actually said. Please enlighten me.

Thanks
