 Angry Xircom SpringPort modem rebate

I purchased a SpringPort 56Modem because Xircom offers a $30 rebate. Well, my mail (sent to FSI Inc) got returned with the following note:

Fulfullment Systems Inc Box Closed. Unable to forward.

Had anyone have this same problem? What kind of trick is this from Xircom?
