Change [email protected] to your email address that seti has as your address.

My Treo 600 is my phone, my PDA, my watch, and my MP3 player. Oh yeah, I take a picture once in a while with it. Convergence is such a great thing.

I found another link that appears to be working.

Javabird:

Seti's servers are overloaded and will randomly update the stats. They were always at least a day behind when I was actively crunching. If you look at your stats, you'll see (within 5 minutes) your live stats, but usually someone (Don) has to manually update the team stats.

Oh, OK. Thanks for the links. I did find that my first two units have been recorded.

I have been looking for a group to join for a while so I thought I would contribute my 240 workunits to the cause.

She put 'http://' in her web page address when she didn't need to.

But it is a nice web page.

I'll update the stats sometime this week. Haven't been running SETI on my system for awhile due to Genome@Home: http://genomeathome.stanford.edu/cg...=ef2000_typhoon . After 700 wu's processed, I thought I'd let folks catch up.

Then, my computer's keyboard & main system board went down, and it took CompUSA three weeks to upgrade it. (Anyone else with a Toshiba 4080xCDT?)

Thirdly, been cleaning up piles of PC junk to get one of these: http://www.apple.com/ibook/ Or, perhaps one of these: http://www.apple.com/powerbook/ (Whatever; as long as I can run http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/main.html without having to deal with http://www.microsoft.com/WindowsMe/ anymore.)

NEW --> Tripod is a terrible place to put someContent, my computer site. Will update when I move it elsewhere. (Tripod isn't bad for everything, just for what I tried to do with my site.)

I have recently joined on board after waiting to find a good group for the last couple of years (I always put off finding a group thinking there would not be so many). I bring 476 units with 2 self-built machines (AMD650 & AMD266).

Well, I'm back crunching prettyily-colored rfi like the rest of you. At least, I'll be doing them on weekdays; still gotta create life out of genomes on weekends.

Now that I've restarted S@H, the stats seem to be updating without having to Edit the page.

On the team stats page, click the "Remove Inactive Members" link and notice when you last sent a data unit. Most of you haven't done anything for months -- what gives?

New Recruit

Just joined as RepoMan, adding around 294 units. Currently running two machines, an Intel 800MHz and an AMD 1GHz.

I haven't sent anything because I have a life outside automated use (by other people) of my computer. I've got a 1.2Ghz TBird I could use, but it's processing digital video to put on CD 3/4 of the day!

What happened to our club picture?

Changed my name from Don 366MHz to Don 866MHz, to reflect my ol' Toshiba and new iBook combined processor speeds.

(BTW, I used to be known as Fishscaler. Switched ISP's and had difficulty posting, so I logged out and joined anew.)

Whoah .. just logged into the S@H and noticed I have been over ruled as #1 (guess being idle for 8+ months does that) .. heheheh .. 65 members .. thats pretty wild stuff ... maybe I'll have to fire it back up on my new system (1.3ghz AMD) and compete to 2000 work units and beyond

It seems GirlAndGeek.com (where the picture was being hosted) had some problems in late September (according to the note at the bottom of the page). Maybe the picture was lost or not restored?

On a side note, I reached the 1,000 workunit mark last week! Took me 9 months but I made it. For the time being, I've disabled SETI on the 2 machines here at home (I had been running it fulltime... at least while the machines were on). I still crunch on my antique 266 at work and may fire these back up at some point in the future.

Changed my name again ... this time to Don 500MHz, as only my iBook is crunching (under os9; haven't figured how to get osX.1 to do anything).

My ol' 366MHz Toshiba is back to jus' handlin' genomes.

For all of those people who have to know what their SETI statistics are when they are away from their computer, a program called SETIStat was posted over on PalmGear. It apparently allows you to use your PDA, if you have net access through it, to download your statistics from the SETI page. Thought that people may be interested and this seemed the appropriate thread!
