Unhappy

Any suggestions? I am a little scared of opening up the case, and can't tell if doing so will help free my stylus. I mean, it is JAMMED in there!!!

I had a stylus jamm after dropping my visor. Using a pocket knife inserted between the stylus and the case at the top of the unit I was able to expand the opening just enough to release my jammed stylus. Do this carefully so you do not crack the case. Goodluck!

I had the same thing happen to me yesterday when my idiot cat decided to jump up on my dresser and knocked the unit on the floor. The module cover went flying, but it wasn't until today that I discovered the stylus was jammed.

I tried using a small jewler's screwdriver to work it out, but pressing against the case as was suggested was what eventually freed it. Working it around in there finally popped it up.

Now I'll need to get a new stylus as my initial attempts to free it chewed up the end of the stylus.
