Question

I'm using Datebook 4 to handle all my appointments. I think when I'm in the program, if I press any other buttons, the To-Do list or Phonebook, or MemoPad would pop up. But I have reassign all the buttons to other programs.

Whenever I'm in Datebook 4, and I press other buttons, my Visor would just perform a soft-reset or worst, reset in loops and need a hard reset to fix this problem.

Any idea on how I can fix this problem?

The first thing I would recommend is disabling the use of the hardware buttons for DateBk4 use. (In other words the hardware butons will be used as expected instead of DatBk4 using themfor special split screen uses.)

To do this tap on the note-square in the upper-lefthand corner of the screen. (You will need to tap twice if the split screen isn't already up.) Choose preferences from the drop-down menu, and un-black (i.e. deselect) the hardware buttons.

This might help. Also make sure you have the latest version: 4.0c.

Thumbs up

Thanks for your help. Everything seems fine so far. No more resets.
