Keyboards......what do you like?

I have used a Visor Deluxe with HourzPro and GoType keyboard for the last two years to track my time (billable time) for my clients. Of course, the keyboard does not work with my new prism, so I am shopping for opinions.

What is available for Prism keyboards?

What do you like?

Cheap: you can modify your GoType (cut a hole in the case) or send it to Landware and they will do it for you

Not-So-Cheap: Don't settle for less. Get the Stowaway. You will not be displeased!

Do they make a Prism specific Stowaway?

The connector on the Prism is the same as the deluxe, and since there is no 'hard case' on the back of the stowaway, they are compatible.

I must also throw in my vote for the Stowaway Keyboard. I absolutely loved mine when I had my Prism and it was the first accessory I got for my CLIE.

No it's not. My vote goes to the GoType. The new ones for sale by Landware (order directly from them) DO fit the Prism as I found out this week via contact directly from Landware.

Thumbs up Stowaway is amazing..

Just bought a Stowaway keyboard for my Prism at an internet auction..Can't be beat! I even figured out a shortcut for the symbol...
One neg only: Since I use it at work, it seems that I'm always the dedicated person for making notes at meetings...;-)

I dotn see how anyone can compare the gotype to the stowaway..........there is no comparison.....stoaway is a lesson in industrial design, the folding, the small size, the METAL.....its a work of art...

I you looked for stowaways on ebay you would never find a use done...us owners love em too much

Unless

I love my Stoway BUT, if you type on uneven surface (lap, legs, train, etc.) the other keyboard is a better option

I thought so too, until I found a small zippered CD case (Case Logic) that I removed the CD 'pockets' from. Now I carry My Stowaway in it and I just unzip it and it supports the Stowaway great on my lap!
