Serious problem with flashmodule springboard

Hi!

I have a 16 MB Step-Up Flash Memory Module from Palmgear for use
with my Visor Prism. Since last week I have also JBBackup installed.
2 or 3 times I made a complete backup to the module successfully. Then yesterday the backup process stopped before the
end and following message appeared: Error - MemoryMgr.c,Line:4450,Invalid chunk ptr.
Now each time I insert the module this message appears and I have to
reset the prism!!

What does that mean? How can I re-gain access to the module???

Any help is really appreciated.
Thanks.

kris

I had the same problem with the thinmodem. I noticed that when I reset it, it would start at the prefs screen and the beam was turned off. I just kept doing a hard reset until the beam turned back on and i was able to swith it (I left it on). I don't know why, but it took about 5 hard resets to get my Prism cleared so I could put the module back in.
