GIF animations

Is there any easy way, or free program, or cheap program, that can make GIF animations? I've been having too much fun with BugMe lately and want to show my creations off in my avitar. . .

tho I think you have a Windows 'puter, I'm on a Mac, and the best Gif-maker I've found is GifBuilder by Yves Piguet. It's freeware, and it's what I use to make my little animations.
(what, you think them blinkie eyes came that way?!)

I take it this program isn't available for PC?

And what makes you think I'm a Windows user? What gives it away??

UnFREEz is a great freeware program that's simple to use and should fit your needs.
