I have been using my Imac DV and the USB craddle to synch for several months now. For the past two weeks I have been unable to synch. My friend routinely synchs her visor on her USB PC. She has two USB ports and uses port 1 for synching. When we try to use my craddle on her PC, it will not work on port one but will work on port two. Yeas I have tried the soft/hard multiple times. I am beggining to wonder if the problem may be the craddle not my visor or mac.
