Well yesterday I sent back my second eyemodule. I first I bought when it came out and ended up sending it back because it just stoped working after a few weeks. Now my second one has also stoped working. I call support they have me to a hard reset try it again and then they tell me to send it back for a new one. Support is friendly and resonsive but I really just want a product I don't have to keep sending back.
Anyone else having the same thing happen to them?
