Does anyone know how to get a palm device running 3.1H3 or lower connected to the internet ?

Yep. I use my VDx and Nokia 8290 sometimes. Just had to download the IREnhanc package from Palm and install SerIRCommLib ONLY, then install either IrLink (shareware) or ComLink (freeware). Then I followed instructions on www.mywirelesspalm.com to the letter, and it worked!

OK... what about not using IR... Cable from Visor to Phone.
