I have successfully used my USB port to sync my Visor many times. When I first tried use the USB cradle and put the Visor on it while the machine was running it would lock the machine. If I have the Visor on the cradle when the machine comes up there is no problem what so ever, ie. I can sync multiple times. There many be a problem with my system that I share the interrupt of the USB with other cards. In the Win98 device manager the USB has no problems and in PCI bus the IRQ sharing is on with no problems. Just thought this may be a problem with the cradle design (don't know...).
