Visor Prism and iMac/Entourage

Has anyone been able to synch their Visor with Entourage? I was able to synch, apparently successfull (sounded good), but log showed no transfer of info. The message I got was that there was an incompatibility with software. JM

Wink Answer...

Hey,

1. Make sure that the entourage conduit is in the conduits folder.
2. Make sure that the conduit is on and that you set up the settings right.
3. I was going to say something about memory allocation but OS X handles that for you.
4. Go here, this may help you it is the only Macintosh conduit site that I know of. Very good stuff...
5. Unless you have a pirated version of Microsoft office for X I would say to call them and tell them the problem or go to the website.
