Unhappy

I dropped my visor and cracked screen and it can't get up! Anyway, how do I change synch to back up replacement to conform to original Visor. Also I had just added Backall about a week b4, do I need to do something special to get previously loaded stuff on replacement.

Meanwhile, as I wait for replacement,my damage visor does not respond to screen touch. Has anyone done same and found a work around?

Lightbulb

If you installed BackupAll and set it to back everything up before the accident, assuming you hotsync'd also before the accident, you should just have to go into the desktop program, under HotSync...choose Custom, then change each action to Desktop overwrites Handheld (don't choose to set any of these as default). When you HotSync the new Visor, the desktop will ask you what user name to use; choose the current one, which should be there anyway. Then, let 'er rip.

If you didn't hotsync between using BackupAll and the unfortunate incident, you might want to give it a try. You don't need to tap the screen for that.

Good luck!
