NR70V, Baby...now how 2 transfer data?

Just got my nr70v.....the clie manual is a bit vague when it come to explaining how to upgrade from another pda.......
Do I just uninstall the Palm Desktop I have now, then install PD for Clie and all my data is transfered?
Help!

I had a Visor Deluxe.....
Actually I figured it out.........It was a matter of syncing my Visor one last time and then naming my Clie as my old Visor, as well as letting Backup Buddy know that as well...........
