I ordered online on the 7th and my order number is in the 2800s.

That 716 number is useless - an apology, a 'please hold' and a hangup. And the only time I called the toll free number for an update the CSRs there didn't leave great hope that FIFO was alive and well for the web orders.

I certainly don't expect mine to arrive tomorrow (unless those ordering before me get theirs also), but I'm leaving on a trip at the end of the month...it would be nice to have it by then.

I was indeed able to verify my on-line store order through the (716) 871-6442.

The CSR first asked for my name and phone number. About two minutes later she came back and asked if I ordered by phone or by web. I said by web and gave her my order numbers. About a minute later she came back and was able to read my order back to me with no problem, even to the point of confirming my billing and shipping addresses.

I know they had said before that nothing could be done until the web site came up, but they have access to it from somewhere. Sounds like this problem, at least, is clearing up a bit.

Hello all,

FYI, just called 716, believe it or not. The phone was picked up on the first ring.

I call just to check my order and everything is fine and has been sent to shipping for processing. When will then be I do not know.

Just to let all those who ordered online. The data base is there and being processed.

Come 6th week, SCREAM I will.
