Question What is the BEST Dongle-LESS PCMCIA WIRED NIC?

What is the BEST Dongle-LESS PCMCIA WIRED NIC?

I'm looking for the best Dongle-less Nic card out there. Here's my situation: I have a laptop with two PCMCIA slots. Since I travel within Wired and Wireless environments all the time, it's just easier to have one of each card. Since I hate dongles, I originally had a Xircom RealPort, however, that takes up both PCMCIA slots.

So I need a dongle-less PCMCIA card that only takes one slot. Will a 3Com X-Jack work? Because of the Wireless NIC Card on the bottom slot, will that give the ethernet cable head enough room to be inserted into the X-Jack? I dont' think so, but maybe someone else can offer some sort of solution.

Does anyone else use the PCMCIA Wired/Wireless on their laptop or multisleeve IPAQ?

Thanks in advance!

Hmm

Well I use a 3com PCMCIA NIC/Modem that works quite well. Its designed for the road warrior types - has a RJ-11 and RJ-45 and GSM
cell connector all in one card. Only problem is that it takes up BOTH of my PCMCIA slots, so I can't have anything else.

Cheers!
