This may be an old problem, but I'm at the point where I'm stumped.

Everything works on my G4, OS9.04, latest desktop software from Handspring at home, but at work, on the SAME configuration, I can only get one-hotsync, and then everyone after that just hands on the IDENTIFYING USER step.

I've reinstalled the desktop software from the Handspring site...same thing...one hotsync.

Any ideas?

Homer.

I had the exact same problem, I could sync at home and not at work. I downloaded the 2.6.1 Palm desktop software update and it fixed my problem. I don't know if it will help but it is worth a try.
