It's like a bad dream...

The screen on my 330 won't turn on w/o tapping the unit. I (somehow) broke one of the connectors to the rechargeable battery, so it's not recharging (took around 3 weeks for me to realize something wasn't right - and another week for the battery to go down enough for me to care to find out what). I have to get a replacement. Handera's support has been incredibly accommodating, but I've not had good experiences with Palm or Handspring when it comes to refurb/replacements.
I guess this is the real test for Handera in my book. I'm sorry to see this one go. It has taken its daily abuse very impressively. *mournful sigh*

What really got bruised was my pride. This has been the longest I've had a single device. They're going to 2-day my replacement on Mon, so I should have it Wed. That'll make it 127 days.

Thanks. The little sucker is doing its damnedest to stay in commission until its replacement arrives. Very noble of it. The replacement better be worth its effort.
