I had pre-ordered mine on 5/16. I was told yesterday by a nice customer service lady at HandEra that mine would not get shipped until 2-3 weeks from now. I canceled my order and placed another one with www.samsclub.com and I now have a tracking number. Also, the price is $330, but the tax put me back up to the $360 range (although this may just be a Texas thing).

Man, these pre-ordering snafus are heinous.
I don't see where these co's. seem to think it's a good idea to serve "the people in the stores" before those who have pre-ordered.
(This may not apply to this case, but too often does!)

I believe that HandEra has shipped to both the pre-orders as well as the companies. The problem is that they are under "limited shipping", so just the first pre-orders are shipped. When I called the Sams 800 number, I was told that they only received 120 units for their web warehouse. That's not alot considering that's for all of the US.
