I'm a new PDA user and was wondering of there's any way to synch my Visor with my Outlook 97 contacts without having to go through the Palm Desktop application that makes me redefine all the fields. Any suggestions?

On your Handspring CD Rom you will find a little program called "PocketMirror". You'll have to dig through a few directories to find the install file. Install PocketMirror on your PC and, wala, you'll be able to sync directly to and from Outlook '97 and your Visor. Let me know if you need any additional help.
