Then I'd buy a second one for my husband.
Keep in mind it *HAS* to include AM radio (now that Art Bell is coming back on the air). I've heard that someone's working on an FM-only radio, but that would not interest me. AM, please!!!
...actually, do you have an option for "Buy one in half a second"??
BEN, as for thinking that radio is dying, I'd say not yet. Radio is very strong in rural areas (esp. Mexican and country stations), and the country's conservatives have a true voice through radio (interesting juxtaposition of mainstream = TV, conservative = radio).
