Well, I just got off with a manager at the call center to straighten out my order they f*cked up... They put my last name as my first name and my first name as my last (making it so my debit card would not clear!) He confirmed that the csr I spoke to earlier today, that accidentally disconected me, corrected this problem but he was going to contact the shipping department in California to make sure this is properly straightened out with my file that was sent with all of the 3rd week's files.
He said they sold over 1,000 units the first week and have sold over 43,000 units since. Damn, they're overloaded! Anyone ordering today can not expect to see a Visor for 6-8 weeks because of backlog...
The good news is the 4th weeks orders will be sent to the shippers tomorrow (just to give you an idea of the shipping status). He also mentioned they have more CSRs in training to start on Thursday to keep up with demands and relieve some of the people having to do double shifts... With all the pressure he's been under, the manger was still very courteous and sounded sincere.
Hope all this rambling is news to someone...
