Cable to hook up to visor and nokia

Can any of you direct me to where I can get a cable that will allow me to transfer ringtons from a prism to a nokia. I have the program just dont have the cable.

well i have the 8290 but its for one of the phones you get normally get free when you sign up.

Any stores that have a selection?
