I posted this on tech support but wanted to get an answer from other Prism owners too. Does your screen look different at different times? Today mine has looked pinkish (during the day in the car), bluish (in the family room), and white (at night in the living room). Yesterday it seemed to get darker and darker and then looked pink, but when I hotsynched it it seemed to turn white again. Today in the car when my daughter turned in on it was at first extremely dark, but then after a few minutes turned sort of pinkish. Is this normal for this screen? Or do all of you have screens that look white all of the time? Or am I going nuts?!?! Thanks, Karuna (By the way, I emailed Handspring yesterday but have not heard from them.)

My Prsim screen looks white 24/7 no matter what lighting, or conditions it's in. I think that you've got a bum unit, and I would send it back.
