After I insert a Springboard module can I release it and the program will stay on my Visor. I am wondering this because I want the Universal Remote and the 6 Pack and you can't put 2 Springboards in 1 slot.

No. Programs built into Springboards go with the board. You put the board in, the program can be used; take the board out, you can't use the program.
