Has anyone been able to use Lotus Organizer 5.0 or higher with their Visor? If so, could you tell me where you found the software to make it work?

Yep. I use Lotus Organizer (and love it).

If you go to Lotus' website, you can download Easy Sync for free. Install it and you can use it instead of Palm Desktop.

I still use the install function of Palm Destop when installing programs and files.

Haven't had problems with Easy Sync.
