"Address Book" failed (error = #16399)

When I hotsynch I get the subject error; but it doesn't happen everytime. Can anyone tell me what's going wrong? I'm using Palm OS v. 3.1H3 and synching from a Mac.

Here's the complete log for such a session:

Unhappy Me too.

I have the same problem. I am syncing a Visor Deluxe via USB on a Mac with OS 9.1.

Anyone have a clue about this? It's been going on for months.
