I think viewing the billboard post with a map of the United States, complete with graphs of estimated arrival times, was proof enough. I cancelled my Visor order and I must admit, it was completely painless. The CS operator from Handspring was very gracious and helpful. Granted, I didn't wait the amount of time that most other clients have, but I thought I should save myself a lot of frustration and money.

I couldn't help but think, what good is a product if you can't distribute it? Isn't that an inherent part of a business plan?
Is it possible that they didn't anticipate this demand? Customer service is paramount in the PC world, why should it be different for PDA's?

Well, enough of my soapbox. Thanks for the billboard. It open my eyes. It nice to know I'll have a Palm tomorrow in a matter of minutes.
