Question CSM 150 Scanner

Well I've got my CSM 150 Scanners now. I was a little disappointed in how little documentation / software support there is for them.

I did a VC search and the latest message is on 2/01. Right now I'm making some database apps in HandBase - because I have it. It appears that their "support software" requires Code Warrior 6.0 - which I don't have.

Anybody know of any good programs for this module. Specifically in two areas:
1. Shopping List/Inventory List - Scan in barcode and it looks up number in a database to display info for that item.
2. Customized Screens - Scan a barcode and have a customized form that I fill out on my visor (e.g. Scrap tags, quality log, etc.)

Just figured I'd see if anybody else was using this module.

Thanks

Check out these web pages:

http://www.easypalm.com/easyapps/ (stand alone applications)

http://www.easypalm.com (Software to design your own)

http://www.pendragonsoftware.com/

Do a search at www.palmgear.com on (barcode).

Easypalm was what I was going to go with but the project was cancelled. Let me know what you end up with and how it all works out. I may still get the scanner and software for asset tracking.

Thanks for the site tip. I'll take a look and let you know how the CSM 150s work out. I bought 4 of them for our group - I see a lot of possibilities with them.

Thanks again
