Hello. I have a Visor Platinum, new for xmas!
I used to use an HP200lx.....and am looking for a case like the one i used to use...

It is simply a nylon case that holds the Pda. The PDA slides in via the shorter side (vertical?) and there is a simple cover with a large velcro swath...Large so it won't wear out....

When in the case, the pda is nowhere exposed.
My 200lx had a spot for an extra PCMCIA card, but prob don't need this.

I like the very sturdy and strong metal belt clip it had. Always held it to my belt. Would be nice to have a swivel, but not if it adds bulk.

So, it is form fitting, adds little to size profile, protects it on all sides, clips to belt, and has larger velco swath.......

anyone know if such an animal?

I used a "palm" brand belt case with my visor delux for a year and LOVED it... had an excellent belt clip, made of leather, check it out here...

It is their part num 10123U it fits the palm III series

I bought it at egghead.com for around $20

I wish I could get a slightly larger one to fit the visor prism...

Might I suggest you look for your case at http://www.directcase.com? Direct Case has the largest variety of cases offered by any company I've seen.

Your description sounds like the case I use, with exception to the swivel, a beltclip though. It is made by Ripoff (yes, that's the real name). It was only $19.95. I don't remember where I bought it, or the website, sorry.

That is exactly what i use!
A ripoff case....I just checked my Hp200lx and that is it..
Does anyone know if they make such a gadget for the palm units?

I will try to search for them on the net...
That palm unit quoted above might just do it. Now, if i could just find a dealer that actually carried them in stock!
